The "Ali Raj" Experience
Indian cuisine is a combination of subtle tastes.
The flavours are as varied as the climate, regions and peple
of india. The appreciation of spice and the
various combinations is an acquired art and can only be
achieved after years of study, blending, cooking and tasting.
Indian cooking is broadly in five regional groups. The northern
and eastern groups have had the Persian moghul (starter)
Turkish influences over the centuries and as such moghul
emperors encouraged and patronised the development of the
moghul cuisine, music, architecture and arts. Persian
charcoal filled clay ovens cooking kebabs, pilau and biriani
are typical examples. spiced vegetable dishes are of the
western region, whilst hot dishes are found mostly in the
central and southern regions.
The subtle tastes and flavours of the "ali raj" Tandoori are
quite varied from many other restaurants. among the dishes
chosen for this menu you will find an enjoyable choice to
excite your taste buds from all five regions.
